Full particulars and forms of tender may be obtained from the Secretary, Urban Council, General Post Office Building, Top Floor. Tenderers to state the highest total figure they are prepared to offer as annual Crown Rent for the Crown Lease of the portion of the beach required for their scheme.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.
